Role: Real Estate Analyst, AI Workflows
Location/Type: Los Angeles, CA • Remote-friendly
Pay: $95,000 - $115,000 + equity
Schedule: Full-time
Built real AI workflows before? This is not a late-night modeling grind.
You’ll work with deal teams, find pain points fast, and help turn them into product.
You’ll help shape how commercial real estate and M&A analysis gets done next.
You’ll have real ownership from day one.
What you’ll do
• Work with investment teams to map deal workflows
• Spot friction in underwriting and deal review
• Build AI workflows for screening and analysis
• Turn messy PDFs into clean, usable outputs
• Prototype features with product and engineering
• Translate customer pain into product changes
• Help improve deal speed, accuracy, and output quality
Must-haves
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No sponsorship now or later
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Know cap rates, NOI, DCFs, and rent rolls
• Built AI workflows that solved real problems
• Strong with both clients and technical teams
Nice to have
• Python experience
• API experience
• Background in finance, real estate, or data science
