Job Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Senior UPS Field Service Engineer to join our team of experts in delivering top-notch critical power solutions to our clients across the USA. As a trusted provider of preventive maintenance, demand maintenance, and emergency services, we are committed to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical power infrastructure for over 7,000 customers, including federal, state, and local governments, telecommunications companies, data center operators, hospitals, and more. About the Role: As a Senior UPS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs of UPS systems, AC/DC Rectifiers, Batteries, and Power Distribution Units (PDU's) on a variety of state-of-the-art critical power equipment. You will utilize your advanced technical capabilities to troubleshoot faults to component level on equipment such as UPS systems, batteries, DC power systems, PDU's, Inverter Systems, and more. Your exceptional customer service skills will enable you to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
