Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role for a Real Estate Agent based in Denver, Colorado. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market research, and preparing and reviewing real estate documents. The role involves providing excellent customer service, negotiating sales conditions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Denver real estate market. The agent will also be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide guidance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Qualifications
• Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate principles
• Strong Sales skills and experience in Real Property transactions
• Excellent Customer Service skills and effective communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with the Denver, Colorado real estate market is a plus
