• No expenses we pay for everything but your state fees, MLS fees, and $150 E&O fee per year

• Back-End Operations Team so you can stay focused on closings, not paperwork
• Personal Coaching & Weekly Training to help you level up

• Opportunity to earn $75,000+ first year on team

Who We’re Looking For:
• Must have an active Tennessee real estate license
• Minimum 6 months of experience OR a deep drive to succeed and grow
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ready-to-convert leads
• A team player with a client-first mindset
• Highly accountable and excited to help build something from the ground up in Nashville
What Success Looks Like:
• 3+ closings/month within 90 days of joining
• Weekly lead conversion check-ins and CRM follow-through
• Attendance at all team meetings and coaching sessions (mostly virtual)
• Willingness to learn our systems and fully plug into support
