Responsibilities: • Handle and close live leads provided by the team. • Build strong relationships with clients and potential buyers. • Conduct property evaluations to determine value and marketability. • Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts. • Attend trainings and role-playing sessions, either in-person or via Zoom. • Stay informed and compliant with real estate laws and regulations. • Deliver exceptional service to clients from start to finish. • Contribute to the positive team culture that defines Premier Listings. Qualifications: • Active real estate license. • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. • Experience with contracts and closing processes. • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the evolving market. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
