Radiology Support Assistant, 3rd Shift

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manipulate workflow platform queues to ensure timely case processing
- Liaise with hospitals/sites to resolve issues and communicate critical findings
- Document shift issues and notify appropriate departments
- Monitor orders and radiologist schedules for efficient workflow
- Provide direct communication with radiologists regarding shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED required
- Experience in a fast-paced medical or customer service environment
- Ability to work 3rd shift between the hours of 4:00pm - 6:00am PT
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work in a dedicated office environment free of distractions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
