Corporate Security & Resilience Manager (Physical Security Operations) Onsite Hybrid

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain sector, is seeking a Corporate Security & Resilience Manager to join their team. As a Corporate Security & Resilience Manager, you will be part of the Security and Risk Management department supporting regional security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Corporate Security & Resilience Manager

Location:Nutley, New Jersey (onsite/hybrid)

Pay Range:$55/hr- $60/hr

(must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder - No C2C)

What's the Job?
• Implement and maintain corporate security and resilience strategies across all North America and Canada sites.
• Develop and execute global security programs to reduce risks and manage crises effectively.
• Oversee physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with regional law enforcement and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and security preparedness.
• Lead security assessments, investigations, and develop security awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.
What's Needed?
• Proven experience in security management, risk assessment, and crisis response.
• Strong knowledge of physical and supply chain security best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and training programs.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time as required.
