Radiology Call Center Support Representative

Job Title: Radiology Call Center Support Representative Location: Remote (EST hours) Reports To: Designated team lead Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Call Center Support Representative to join our team. This role will begin with 10–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours if business needs and performance warrant it. You will provide professional and accurate support to healthcare providers, ensuring critical follow-ups are communicated, documented, and resolved promptly. Your contributions will directly enhance workflows, provider satisfaction, and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Provider Outreach: Make outbound calls to provider offices to notify staff of critical findings, follow up on escalations, and relay recommendations for one or more providers. • Documentation: Accurately document dates, times, and details of all interactions in the Inflo Health portal, maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. • Workflow Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, improve documentation, and enhance operational efficiency. • Follow-Up Requests: Monitor pending follow-ups and requests; coordinate additional time outside standard hours with advance notice and approval. • Reporting: Deliver updates and follow-up summaries to Angela Adams or other designated staff to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings and share insights or recommendations for improved communication and outcomes. Qualifications • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional phone demeanor. • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Skills: Proficient with computer systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build positive relationships with healthcare providers and team members. • Experience: Previous call center or healthcare customer service experience preferred but not required. Work Schedule • Part-time: Starting at 10–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. • Additional hours may be offered based on performance and organizational needs. • National holidays excluded. Compensation and Terms • Compensation will be $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and agreed upon at hire. • This position is an independent contractor role that commences upon execution of the agreement.
