QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper for Apparel Brand (Shopify + Wholesale)
We are a women’s apparel brand with approximately $300–400k in annual revenue, operating across direct-to-consumer (Shopify) and wholesale (ApparelMagic). We’re seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to support ongoing monthly bookkeeping and ensure our financials are accurate, organized, and easy to understand. What we need help with: - Setting up QuickBooks Online - Properly recording Shopify sales, fees, refunds, and payouts - Accurately tracking wholesale sales from ApparelMagic - Managing inventory and apparel COGS - Providing clear monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) Project details: - Ongoing monthly work (not a one-time project) - Estimated 5–10 hours per month after initial setup/cleanup - Hourly or monthly pricing is acceptable - This role is bookkeeping only (no tax prep or CPA services needed at this time) Ideal candidate: - Strong experience with QuickBooks Online - Familiarity with Shopify accounting - Experience working with inventory-based or apparel businesses is a big plus Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working independently Please include a brief overview of your experience and credentials, especially with Shopify, inventory, or wholesale businesses, and your preferred pricing structure.
