QuickBooks Consultant - OrderID: 4330
Our client is seeking an accountant who is proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise to work along side the controller to assist with the day to day accounting function and to assist with training.
This position can be PT or FT depending upon availability
Duties:
Ā Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Ā Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Ā Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Ā Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ā Provide training and support on QuickBooks Enterprise
Requirements:
Ā Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a consulting capacity.
Ā Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and tax regulations.
Ā Proficiency in account reconciliation and corporate accounting principles.
Ā Familiarity with technical accounting standards and practices
Ā Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise
Ā Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā Strong communication skills.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
