Remote Full-time
Join the Magic: Become a Key Player in Disney's Charitable Donation Programs

At Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, our motto "We Create Happiness" is more than just a phrase - it's a way of life. We're on a mission to push the boundaries of entertainment and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a remote Data Entry professional in our Business Operations team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the behind-the-scenes functions that keep our West Coast Disney parks, experiences, and merchandise groups running smoothly.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry professional to join our Disneyland Resort Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Mickey's Attic software and various donation programs, ensuring the accurate and timely communication and reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners. Your exceptional networking and interpersonal skills will help build and maintain strong relationships with local community corporations and non-profits.

Key Responsibilities

In partnership with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), assess accredited nonprofits to identify donation opportunities and act as the daily operational touchpoint for donations requests and program inquiries.
Create and lead asset availability lists, develop targeted communication, and strategically select non-profits to receive donated property, maximizing the positive impact on the community and supporting zero landfill initiatives.
Support the execution of charitable donation special events, such as auctions, distributions, and installations, and build and maintain donation facts in the Cybergrants Contribution Management System (CMS).
Develop and maintain monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools to keep auditable records of all property donated to non-profits, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and reporting for key stakeholders.
Gather data, design charts and metrics, and use data-driven storytelling to measure the success of the business and identify opportunities for continued development of applications, guidelines, and processes.
Maintain compliance with government regulations through regular partnership with Legal, Environmental Integration, and Environmental Affairs, and function as a change agent, taking calculated risks to integrate procedures and eliminate boundaries.
Represent the needs of the department and the community in construction/salvage project walks and arrange the logistics of donation deliveries and pick-ups from across all Disneyland Resort locations and off-site warehouses.
