Position: Quantitative Analyst, HR People Analytics Employer Industry: Humanitarian Services Why consider this job opportunity: • Salary up to $110K • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans • Generous PTO starting at 19 days per year and 11 paid holidays • Opportunity for professional growth and development within a mission-driven organization • Fully remote position allowing for work from anywhere in the United States • Supportive community focused on making a positive impact in people's lives What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business operations and planning • Conduct research and feasibility studies, developing recommendations for complex issues • Lead projects as a subject matter expert, translating HR business needs into actionable insights • Develop metrics and monitor performance of various business operations and initiatives • Create complex modeling and reporting tools to analyze performance and data integrity What is Required (Qualifications): • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong diagnostic and statistical analytics capabilities • Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx preferred • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): • Prior experience working with HR data, programs, and processes • Experience with Workday reporting • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines • Strong consulting and technical communication skills • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and reports for HR insights We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
