We offer robust paid sales training Responsibilities • Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies for door-to-door sales • Focus on capturing residential, retail, and restaurant clients • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board Qualifications • No degree required, we are looking for coachable candidates • Past door-to-door sales is required • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills • Strong communication skills Company Overview • HomeSmiles is the one-stop shop for safe and healthy property maintenance solutions. • We specialize in preventative maintenance solutions.
