Quality Review and Audit Lead Analyst - Operations Testing Center of Excellence
Description:
Lead and influence by example within the Operations Testing COE Team.
Support the Operations Testing Team by testing client benefits and ensuring correct setup.
Partner with Ops Testing leadership to enhance process improvement and technical skills.
Develop test plans and perform verification/quality assurance.
Track and report progress to leadership on deadlines.
Lead initiatives for best practices and knowledge management strategies.
Assist in building a standard training and certification model.
Requirements:
2+ years Coaching and Training experience preferred.
2+ years Quality experience preferred.
Client-facing role or experience with direct client interaction is preferred.
Strong data management and technical skills.
Strong Analytical thinking with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage workload, and successfully meet project and tight client deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent thinking.
Ability to think strategically while solving tactical challenges.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and make independent decisions.
Strong customer service focus.
Strong ability to work with other departments/ teams to resolve issues.
KCS Advisor or Mentor licensure preferred.
Proven success in motivating and developing others.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to navigate, communicate, and present in a matrixed or client-facing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) and WebEx Tools.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
