What will you do?

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced QA Software Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance efforts and ensure the seamless delivery of our releases. As a vital member of our Product Development team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our users have come to expect. Quality Assurance Leadership
• Coordinate QA and Software Engineering efforts to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, identify dependencies, and allocate required resources for testing phases.
• Establish and maintain a test traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of requirements.
• Drive defect tracking processes, including issue triage, resolution follow-up, and escalations as needed.

Testing Process Management
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce testing processes as per organizational standards.
• Write, review, and validate detailed test cases.
• Track and report testing metrics, including test results, case coverage, defects, and performance baselines.
• Ensure content, structure, and maintenance of all related testing documentation and artifacts.

Collaboration & Communication
• Organize and lead meetings related to integrated testing, such as kick-offs, follow-ups, and closures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing prerequisites (data, configuration, environment readiness).
• Share best practices and lessons learned within the QA Community of Practice.

Program & Release Support
• Act as a quality advocate during program execution, supporting stakeholders in delivering high-quality milestones.
• Manage release change logs and sign off on releases post-successful testing.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Define and apply test strategies tailored to specific initiatives, ensuring consistency across teams while allowing for customization.
• Lead initiatives to establish and track QA KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What do you bring in?
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of the software testing lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices in a SaaS/cloud environment.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the content management domain.
• Experience: Proven track record in software testing and release management.
• Certifications: ISTQB or equivalent certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
