QA Engineer (Remote Position)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to perform advanced and supervisory computer systems analysis and team lead functions within the Quality Assurance (QA) section of IT-SEDS. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of QA testing teams, analyzing user requirements, and ensuring software solutions are thoroughly tested and optimized. The QA Engineer will work closely with the FSP development team to deliver high-quality software testing services that support and facilitate the implementation of all applications and projects.
Key Responsibilities
The QA Engineer will provide Software Testing Services, including but not limited to:
• Analyze user requirements, design documents, and technical specifications to develop detailed test cases.
• Design, implement, and execute automated functional and regression test cases across HTML, PDF, and Excel Reports.
• Document and report all test activities, including issues, test results, and detailed testing summaries.
• Perform SQL queries to analyze, manipulate, and validate data.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of system functionality under test.
• Define and implement effective test automation strategies while clearly communicating outcomes to the team.
• Conduct performance testing using industry-standard tools and execute accessibility testing to ensure compliance.
• Perform manual testing and data validation when required to support automation coverage.
