Job Title: QA Analyst - Oracle TestingLocation:Salem, OR – Remote (PART TIME role)Duration: 11 MonthsJob Description: Our client is in the implementation phase of modernizing their core application, a juvenile justice information system, used by approximately 2500 end users and all Counties. The legacy application uses an on-prem Oracle database. Our client is working with a vendor to modernize this legacy application into a low-code application and is looking for two experienced Quality Assurance (QA) staff to work part-time (fully remote; 20 hours/week; 5 days M-F; 4 hours daily - PST time zone).Responsibilities:Perform manual testing validate business logic for expected outcomesCreate, manage valid test data in relational databases, especially OracleDocument, execute test cases, log/track defectsPerform functional, regression, and system testingCollaborate with development, business, and vendor teamIdentify issues and validate fixesProvide clear documentation of QA tasks, test results and related reportsSupport Agile development processes regular collaboration and standupsRequired Qualifications:(Nice to Have) Juvenile Justice domain government-systems exposureManual QA testing, test data creation, and defect trackingStrong relational databases, particularly Oracle data-driven test casesSolid QA documentation practices (test plans, cases, and reports)Effective communication organizational skills in collaborative environmentsExperience working within an Agile methodologyAbility to work independently consistently within a remote team settingEmail your resume to: [email protected] learn more about Mavensoft visit us online at http://www.mavensoft.com/Originally posted on Himalayas
