Job Description: • The role sits within the Customer Resiliency (CR) organization, supporting the Collections Technology teams with a strong focus on modernizing the data ecosystem and enhancing the core of the Real-Time Intelligent Collections (RTIC) application. • In CR Collections, our mission is to support Card customers during challenging financial situations and help guide them back to good standing with Capital One. Through RTIC, we are transforming our architecture to deliver highly flexible, configurable, and extensible solutions leveraging Capital One’s enterprise platforms. • As part of the Collections Technology team, you will play a key role in this modernization journey—contributing to system design, data flows, and cloud-native solutions that power real-time decisioning at scale.
