Job Title: Python Engineer Google Cloud Platform (Python & React)
Location: Richardson, TX preferred but REMOTE OK

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and automation pipelines using Python.
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines, ETL workflows, and event-driven services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation using Google Cloud Platform-native or third-party tools.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot applications running in Google Cloud Platform and containerized environments.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, data engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Ensure best practices for cloud security, reliability, logging, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications using Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency with key Google Cloud Platform services: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/GKE).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
