Python Developer – Script + Server Setup + Ongoing Support (Quick Start, 0.5–1 Day Setup)
Job Description We are looking for a reliable Python developer for a small, time-critical task. Goal Set up a simple Python script on our own Linux server that can be triggered by our existing CRM via HTTP call or cron job and returns data as CSV or JSON so it can be imported. This is not a big project. Working solution is more important than perfection. Scope of work initial setup 0.5 to 1 day Create and configure a Linux server such as DigitalOcean or Hetzner or similar Basic server hardening including SSH and firewall basics Implement a simple Python script Script can be triggered via HTTP endpoint or cron Output data as CSV or JSON Short test and handover A technical contact will explain the exact logic and data flow so you do not need to guess. After go-live important You must be reachable on demand for: fixing issues if something breaks small adjustments if required This is not full-time support. Support will be paid hourly or via a small monthly fee to be agreed. Requirements Python 3.x Linux server experience SSH and deployment basics Clean and understandable code No frontend work.
