Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and presentations. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various projects. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and updates. Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success. Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in program coordination or project management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
