Public Tenders & Business Support Officer
Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm with a demanding and high-profile clientele is seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a background in Business Administration and/or Economics to join its team.The ideal candidate will support the firm in identifying and managing public tender opportunities, as well as coordinating participation in international projects and assignments.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring and identifying relevant public tender opportunities.Preparing and submitting tender documentation.Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.Supporting the firm's participation in international projects.Assisting in the assignment and management of legal work across multiple jurisdictions.Maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with tender requirementsRequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Previous experience in public tenders or similar administrative roles.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Nice to have:Experience working with international organizations.Familiarity with legal environments or law firms.
