We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychology Associate to join our Behavioral Health Services team at the Former Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital in Tukwila, WA. As a Psychology Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic relationships with patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement group treatment interventions for competency restoration patients
Provide individual and group treatment daily using evidence-based treatment modalities
Conduct psychological testing and assessments of violence and/or suicidal risk
Collaborate with colleagues to plan treatment in accordance with hospital and CMS guidelines
Complete required documentation according to professional, hospital, and federal standards
Provide court testimony (where applicable)
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology or related mental health field from an accredited school or department of psychology
Strong clinical skills and experience working with adults with severe psychiatric conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $80,112 - $107,712 per year
5% premium pay for King County employees
