Healthcare Construction Plan Reviewer
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Healthcare Construction Plan Reviewer to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Qualifications:
We need a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare facility plan review or code compliance.
• Proficiency in electronic plan review software (e.g., Revit Autodesk).
• In-depth knowledge of FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities
• In-depth knowledge of NFPA 101
• Familiarity with ASHRAE requirements (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Joint Commission or CMS standards.
• Ability to interpret functional programs and clinical workflows in design.
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
