Psychologist (PSYPACT)- Remote (Full-Time) - Sign on Bonus - $5k Job Summary A rapidly growing behavioral health provider is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD) to deliver virtual intensive outpatient and outpatient services for adults and adolescents. • Monday-Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Remote About the Role A rapidly growing behavioral health provider is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD) to deliver virtual intensive outpatient and outpatient services for adults and adolescents. Essential Job Functions • Provide individual therapy to clients and families as indicated. • Assist clients in identifying personal goals, strengths, and challenges. • Facilitate smooth transition from clinical services to community-based supports.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, utilization reports, and discharge summaries. • Participate in staff meetings and contribute clinical recommendations. • Attend weekly supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and computer applications (video conferencing, email, word processing, spreadsheets). • Knowledge and experience in counseling, case management, mental health, and substance use treatment. • Ability to provide services via telehealth (evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group therapy). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to manage caseload, meet deadlines, and maintain professional standards. • Familiarity with medications for mental health and substance use disorders, including side effects. Qualifications • PhD in Psychology (required). • Licensed under PSYPACT (required) . • AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred, required upon hire). • Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health and addictions Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Starting from $100,000 annually. • Benefits include: • 401(k) with matching • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Paid time off • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility across multiple U.S. time zones (MST-based schedule). • Work Location: 100% Remote #INDPRO Apply tot his job
