Psychiatrist - SOAR (Remote)
About the position The Psychiatrist position at Telecare involves directing medical treatment for members within the scope of psychiatric licensure. The role includes leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality medical practices that meet licensure requirements and community needs. This is a remote position requiring 8 hours of work per week, with flexibility in scheduling, preferably on Mondays or Fridays. Responsibilities • Direct medical treatment to members served within the scope of Psychiatrist licensure. • Participate in the leadership of the program by communicating with program staff and members served. • Ensure superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards, and client and community needs. Requirements • A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association. • Successful completion of a residency training program in psychiatry. • Active DEA in good standing.
