Provider Growth Associate

We are seeking a passionate and driven Provider Growth Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in scaling our community of mental health providers and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
Responsibilities:
As a Provider Growth Associate at Tava Health, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our community of mental health providers. As the primary point of contact for prospective mental health providers, youll provide strategic business consultancy to guide them in opening and growing their private practice. Your responsibilities include:
Promptly respond to 100+ inbound requests monthly from providers who want to know if Tava is right for them
Hold 30+ meetings a week, tailoring your approach based on license type, stage in private practice, and location to effectively scale our community.
Provide exceptional customer service, offer continuous email support throughout onboarding, and cultivate strong relationships with providers.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and personal goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of Tava Health.

Additional Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in consultative sales, with bonus points for startup environment or small business sales experience.

Confident in your ability to succeed and adaptable to continue to grow your skills.
Effective communication skills over zoom, phone, and via email.
