Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Network / Telecom Operations Documentation Engineer to create, maintain, and standardize technical documentation supporting network and telecom operations. This role will work closely with Network Engineers, NOC teams, Telecom Operations, and Infrastructure teams to document procedures, workflows, system configurations, incident response processes, and operational runbooks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to networking or telecom environments along with strong technical writing and process documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, runbooks, KB articles, and operational procedures.
• Document network architecture, telecom infrastructure, workflows, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with NOC, Network Engineering, and Telecom teams to gather technical information.
• Standardize documentation templates and improve documentation governance.
• Create incident response guides, troubleshooting workflows, and escalation procedures.
• Support change management and release documentation.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and audit readiness.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.
• Maintain documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow KB, etc.).
• Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
