Provider Data Services Specialist (Remote)

Position Summary The Provider Data Services Specialist will do proactive outreach to a sample of provider offices to confirm demographic information and participation in the Medicaid plan. The results of the outreach will be captured in a QuickBase application for submission to compliance, network, and Medicaid business partners. The data will be used to quantify the accuracy of the provider directory information and identification of inaccuracy trends. In addition, this position will support projects being done to improve the accuracy of the EPDB demographic data, such as researching invalid phone numbers and website searches for provider's with more than 5 locations. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Strong oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with provider demographic data. Previous experience working within QuickBase. Previous experience in a call center environment. Education High school diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
