Provide support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing their inquiries
Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to enhance provider satisfaction
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
Navigate multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with a willingness to learn new systems
Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
Availability to work 40 hours per week during designated business hours, including potential overtime
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers
Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
