Proposal Specialist Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Specialist Intern to support our Presales team. This intern will gain valuable experience in managing, developing, and executing written communications for Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence requests. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, enhance writing and project management skills, and contribute to the success of nCinos Bank Operating System.
What Youll Do
Assist in reviewing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, Due Diligence, and other similar requests from prospective and current clients.
Help create and manage project plans to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality responses.
Support the development and maintenance of nCinos corporate RFP database and proposal templates.
Research and summarize key information related to product offerings, industry trends, and company capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to gather accurate and compelling content.
Ensure consistency and adherence to proposal-writing standards in all communications.
Assist with additional presales activities and departmental projects as needed.
