Role Description Mercor is seeking experienced property and community association managers to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in property management through hands-on scenario creation and validation. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule. Key Responsibilities Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world property management work based on your professional experience Create realistic situations involving tenant relations, lease negotiations, maintenance coordination, budget management, and community association governance Develop scenarios for handling property emergencies, enforcing HOA policies, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, and resolving resident disputes Review and evaluate AI responses to property management queries for accuracy and professional standards Provide detailed feedback on property management scenarios to improve AI training Qualifications 4+ years professional experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association management Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz 14 years experience preferred Requirements Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks Compensation & Contract Terms Independent contractor engagement through Mercor Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods Application Process Applications reviewed continuously; shortlisted professionals will be contacted for next steps Typical response time: within one week of submission
