Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to become the cornerstone of property management operations for a dynamic real estate company. As the Property Management Coordinator, youll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants while playing a crucial role in streamlining daytoday operations across a substantial property portfolio. Youll have the autonomy to solve tenant issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and support leasing efforts while building valuable expertise in the real estate industry. This role offers comprehensive exposure to property management with opportunities for professional growth in a company focused on operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the first line of defense for all incoming tenant calls and inquiries, utilizing a structured escalation system for complex issues

Manage tenant relations and address daytoday concerns including rent payments, maintenance requests, and general property issues

Coordinate leasing activities and support tenant acquisition efforts
• *

Handle rent collection processes and related administrative tasks
• *

Work closely with maintenance management teams to ensure timely resolution of property issues

Provide comprehensive office administration support for property management operations
• *

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tenant interactions and property activities
• Requirements
• 1+ years of proven experience in property management or real estate administration
• *

Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally handle tenant interactions and resolve conflicts

Handson experience with rent collection processes and property management software systems
• *

Strong reception and client engagement capabilities with professional phone manner
• *

Solid understanding of rental property operations, tenant relations, and property management best practices
• *

Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence
