Duties:

Provide legal analysis and advice related to first-party property insurance claims.
Present oral arguments in Circuit Court.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience (defense experience preferred).
Strong research and writing skills.
Ability to draft substantive motions and legal memoranda.
Proficiency in presenting oral arguments in court.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage a reasonable caseload based on experience.
Knowledge of first-party property insurance law and related case law.
Experience defending insurance carriers in first-party property claims is a plus.
Federal court experience is a plus but not required.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
