Sea Operation Management: Coordinate and oversee sea freight operations (import & export), including container handling, vessel scheduling, and port logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
National Product Sea Cargo: Manage and control Operations departments in order to set up the responsibility under the leadership of two management structures of overlapping P+L (PROFIT + LOSS)
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and achievement of operational goals.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the logistics operations, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, to ensure service level agreements are met and costs are optimized.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks related to logistics operations, including issues such as delays, damages, and regulatory compliance, to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
