Job Summary As a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer , you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing your pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities As a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer, your primary responsibilities will include: Sales Growth : Meet and exceed sales goals through a series of outreach strategies, mainly outbound phone calls to provided warm leads. Pipeline Management : Manage your personal pipeline through CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Prospecting : Improve on existing methods to increase your prospective client base and stay attuned to all new business opportunities. Sales Goals : Meet and exceed sales goals by gaining quality leads and outside referrals. Policy Rewrite : Rewrite existing customer policies as needed. Epic Activities : Work on Epic Activities assigned to producer SIFI policies written same day. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Insurance Sales Experience : At least 2 years of prior insurance sales experience. Education : A high school diploma or the equivalent (G.E.D.). Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs. Customer Service Experience : Experience working in customer service is beneficial. Licensure : A current 2-20 license.
