Proofreader - Master's Graduate

We are seeking a skilled English Language Specialist with strong editorial judgment, analytical thinking, and a passion for language accuracy and content quality. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, capable of reviewing and improving written content, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months with possibility of extension

Key Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with local cultures
• Proficiency in using computers and digital tools
• Ability to understand and complete assigned tasks consistently and on time.
• Accuracy in reviewing, editing, and recording content and project data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred
• Strong content writing and editorial skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Review and refine English-language content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency
• Deliver project data with the highest quality and attention to detail
• Quickly understand new project requirements and achieve productivity benchmarks
• Participate in project meetings and communication channels
• Recommend process improvements and provide feedback on tools
• Interpret user feedback and help drive content and quality improvements
• Apply project-specific and stakeholder guidelines effectively
• Generate timely project analysis reports as needed
• Adapt swiftly to changes in editorial policies or project scope

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
