Project Support Officer

Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing project reports.
Create and maintain project documents, such as timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure all necessary stakeholders are informed and involved.
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including identifying and resolving any potential roadblocks.
Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
Help to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies to project managers.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive project information.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Support the overall mission and goals of Becton Dickinson by being an enthusiastic and dedicated team member.
