In this role, you’ll leverage your research expertise to guide prospective clients through the potential of our platform. You’ll become a strategic partner for prospective clients, demonstrating quantilope’s value through tailored solutions that address diverse research needs. What you will be doing: • Become an expert on our market research platform and leverage your research knowledge to guide prospective clients through quantitative and qualitative research projects. • Shape client experiences with platform demos, uncover insights through discovery meetings, bring projects to life with strategic scoping, and play an impactful role as a trusted advisor in the Pre-Sales phase. • You’ll build strong relationships with clients at all levels using your exceptional product knowledge and communication skills. • You are going to be the first impression of what quantilope’s strategic and consultative approach looks like. Who you are: • As a collaborator and strong leader, you will assist the Sales team to understand customer business and research needs • You will use your excellent communication skills to empower our prospects and clients • By working with some of the world’s biggest brands, you will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to solve client research needs • You can turn on your customer service persona when needed, to delight and surprise any prospective clients with bespoke and novel insights and approaches • Utilizing your understanding and quick ability to learn new software, you conduct unforgettable product demos and inspire new customers to use our software independently • As a lifelong learner, you strive to master our tools and features and are viewed as an expert on our product offerings by prospective clients and your own colleagues Nice to have: • Experience with the quantilope platform Benefits of working at quantilope: • Flexible work environment: With flexible PTO, flexible working hours and remote/hybrid opportunities, we believe you can succeed from anywhere.
