Project Manager: Web Content Migration + Content Management
Our client in the home services space is looking for a Project Manager for a large-scale, multisite content migration initiative. This FULLY REMOTE, contract assignment starts as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will continue for 40 hours a week for approximately 3-4 months.
The Project Manager will be managing projects for multiple brands as they migrate content from a number of websites to their new platform.
Project Manager Responsibilities
Ā Track progress and manage delivery of deadlines
Ā Calculate delivery deadlines by week for content delivery
Ā Maintain content plan in Excel
Ā Create boards in Monday.com and ensure they stay relevant and up to date
Ā Lead weekly meetings with brand and copy team
Ā Attend project meetings as needed
Ā Prepare PowerPoint decks as needed for project meetings
Ā Lead content kick off meetings
Ā Maintain knowledge of key stakeholders, dates, deadline, team members, etc. for various projects
Ā QC and troubleshoot any issues with workflow
Ā Review Figjam boards to ensure relevant copy decisions are correct
Project Manager Requirements
Ā 5+ years experience in project management / web content experience
Ā Prior experience managing similar content migration projects
Ā Experience using Monday.com
Ā Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Ā Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
Ā Digital asset management knowledge
Ā Knowledge of Figma/Figjam is a plus
