Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Chat Support & Content Editor (Remote, PH Only) - Contract to Hire

A leading U.S.-based customer service company is looking for a dependable, full-time Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is focused on improving our AI-powered customer support system, including editing and expanding automated responses in Tawk AI and Apollo, uploading relevant forms, and working with managers to ensure every response is revised for the best possible answer.

This is a 90-day remote contract with the potential to become a long-term full-time role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Log into Tawk AI and Apollo to access and edit the back-end chat system

Review months of past customer chats and AI responses

Improve weak responses — rewrite, expand, or clarify where needed

Add new answers for unaddressed topics

Upload forms and documents that customers need during specific inquiries

Focus on step-by-step, process-based responses (e.g., how to register a vehicle, where to mail checks, how to avoid form mistakes)

Update content related to recent policies (like residency legislation)

Use the Tawk AI improvement dashboard — not the public chat box

Communicate with managers daily in Asana to confirm updates and align priorities

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent written English — clear, friendly, and process-driven

Experience with chat platforms (Tawk.to, Apollo, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)

Familiar with editing chatbot content and uploading documents/forms

Fast learner who’s confident using SaaS tools or dashboards

Strong communication and attention to detail

Able to work independently but stay highly responsive throughout the day

Previous success working remotely in a U.S.-based role

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time
