What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead the full lifecycle of assigned project streams within larger programs. • Define and track scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.• Align priorities and goals with technical and business stakeholders. • Identify risks, plan mitigations, and keep delivery on track. • Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams. • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment. • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations. • Uphold quality, security, and operational standards. • Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement. • Document lessons learned and apply best practices in future projects. What We’re Looking For: • 6+ years of experience leading technical or enterprise-level software/infrastructure projects.• Solid understanding of systems architecture, software development lifecycles, APIs, or cloud technologies. • Proven experience managing Agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments. • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience. • Experience working in multi-stream or cross-functional programs is a strong advantage.
