What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project
Coordinate internal resources and client teams to complete projects
Develop and track project progress, documenting important actions and decisions
Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget
Manage stakeholder views and assess project risks and issues
Provide regular time and budget reports to clients
Manage project scope changes and maintain client communication
Measure project performance and identify and mitigate risks and blockers
Provide administrative support as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in project management in a services-oriented business
Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Jira Software, Jira Portfolio, and Tempo planning
Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to handle pressure
Strong communication and report writing skills
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
Experience managing technical consultancy projects
Ability to inspire confidence and show maturity and responsibility
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Atlassian tools and common plugins
Scrum Master and/or Agile certification
Familiarity with ITSM and understanding of DevOps
