Project Manager (Oracle Consultant) Healthcare Enterprise Systems

Role: Project Manager (Oracle Consultant) Healthcare Enterprise Systems we need functional consultants on the following Oracle product suites. At this point, we need them for consultancy support to help us prepare responses to their RFP, and later we may need them on the project. 1. Oracle Cerner 2. Fusion HCM 3. Oracle PeopleSoft (New) Note - Contract - 3-4 weeks, Later it can be converted into a long term. Purpose: Manage implementation and deployment of integrated Cerner (EHR), Oracle Fusion HCM, PeopleSoft Financials, and payment gateway systems across a multi-hospital / academic medical center environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-stream programs covering Clinical, HR, Finance, and Integration workstreams. Coordinate vendor software procurement, environment provisioning, installation, and configuration. Manage deployment lifecycle including release planning, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Oversee EHR ERP HCM integrations (revenue cycle flow, credential sync, cost center alignment). Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and SLA adherence across vendors (Oracle, Cerner, payment providers). Drive SIT/UAT coordination and enterprise data migration readiness. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, access governance, and audit requirements. Provide structured executive reporting and stakeholder communication. Key Skills: Multi-vendor management, enterprise software deployment processes, healthcare IT delivery, release & cutover management, integration coordination (HL7/FHIR awareness), risk & governance control, stakeholder management. Experience: 10 15+ years IT delivery; proven experience managing large-scale multi-hospital implementations involving EHR + ERP + HCM systems; demonstrated ownership of vendor software deployments and phased enterprise rollouts.
