Position: Project Manager- Insurance

Must have:-
ā¢ Should have minimum 5+ years of years of experience in Guidewire Projects Management & Implementation
ā¢ Must worked with insurance background guidewire projects with solid expedite in client integration and revenue management, execution & implementation.
Job Description: -
ā¢ We are looking for Guidewire Project Managers with 15+ Years of Work experience & with Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management with Insurance background, ideally with software implementation projects.
ā¢ Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
ā¢ Experience with Guidewire or policy administration systems.
ā¢ Proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion.
Skills & Competencies:
ā¢ Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
ā¢ Strong project planning and execution skills.
ā¢ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Effective problem-solving and risk management skills.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
ā¢ Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
ā¢ Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
Certifications (Preferred):
ā¢ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
ā¢ Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
