Job Summary As a Project Manager Implementations Payroll and HR, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of implementation, upgrade, and migration projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets. You will manage an internal team of resources and work closely with client resources to ensure project milestones and deliveries are successfully met. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management : Create and maintain project plans, manage project scope, hours estimate, and change controls. Ensure that project activities, tasks, and resources are coordinated and executed to meet project deliverables. Team Management : Manage a team of consultants and resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-quality results. Client Communication and Coordination : Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and ensure that project milestones and deliveries are met. Conduct kickoff meetings, status updates, and issue resolution discussions as needed. Project Documentation and Reporting : Develop and maintain key project documents, including project plans, project workbooks, status reports, issue and resolution logs, and change control documents. Issue Resolution and Escalation : Identify and resolve project issues, escalating to clients and executives as necessary. Develop and implement issue resolution plans to ensure project deliverables are met. Process Improvement and Training : Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide training and mentoring to offshore associates to expand their skill sets. Performance Management : Provide immediate feedback to team members on their performance, submit project evaluations, and provide input for performance appraisals. Requirements Essential Qualifications Experience in a Virtual Environment : Proven experience working in a virtual environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Team Motivation and Leadership : Ability to motivate and lead a team of consultants and resources to deliver high-quality results. Entrepreneurial Attitude : Demonstrated entrepreneurial attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution. Adaptability and Flexibility : Open to change, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project management. Time Management and Organization : Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of PR/HR/Time/Benefits : Knowledge of payroll, HR, time, and benefits systems, with a preferred understanding of HRIS, HCM, Enterprise HR, PayForce, HWSE, TLM, Virtual Edge, SQR, etc. Data and Logic Awareness : Data and logic awareness, with a preferred understanding of data conversion and logic. Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience. Project Management Experience : Minimum 5 years' experience in client/product support, with a preferred experience in project management. PMP Certification : PMP certification preferred.
