As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Mexico-based remote team. We are looking for a Project Manager, Healthcare Research for our Top Off Team to contribute to our mission by managing end-to-end execution of quantitative research studies and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with clear, proactive client communication. How You’ll Make an Impact:

Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.


Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on time and on budget.


Operational Execution: Oversee all aspects of fieldwork management including sample management and vendor management, ensuring we deliver high-quality results to our customers.


Budget & Financial Management: Understand project budgets, manage vendor costs, and escalate concerns.


Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.


Quality-Driven Delivery: Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards and ensuring high-quality results for clients and a high-quality experience for our panelists.

What We’re Looking For:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (advanced proficiency required), with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.


Client-First Mindset: Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results.


Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Suite. Strong working knowledge of project management tools and market research data collection platforms, with the ability to navigate systems efficiently and troubleshoot issues independently.


Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively bring attention to key items and share ideas that support project success.


Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions.


Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously while ensuring projects align with company and client goals.
