Minimum Qualifications - Must reside in or near Detroit, MI, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or GED required. - Prior customer service experience is beneficial, especially in virtual or call center roles. - Basic technical skills and stable internet connection required. - Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends.
