Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Project Manager-EPMO to join our team. The Project Manager-EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of multiple projects of varying size and complexity across Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), including IT system implementations, process improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance efforts, and cross-departmental strategic programs. This position ensures adherence to project methodology and initiates intervention to at-risk projects and coordinates with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Position Specifics:• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NV, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.• Compensation that aligns with your experienceEducation QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field is required.High School Diploma plus 5 years of project management or related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Experience Qualifications3-5 years of experience in project management within healthcare, IT, or other complex, regulated industries is required.Experience working in an EPMO or PMO environment is preferred.Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsProject Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification is preferred.Job Description Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
