Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and supervise job sites for new construction residential and commercial projects.
? Perform electrical rough-ins, troubleshooting, repairs, and finish-outs, including generator installations.
? Manage and mentor team members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
? Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality results.
? Work independently or with a team, depending on project requirements.
? Ensure job site organization, safety compliance, and proper tool/equipment use.
? Represent Kilgore Electric LLC professionally in all client and team interactions.
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 5 years of residential and commercial electrical experience.
? Proven ability to lead on the job site and foster team collaboration.
? Reliable and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills.
? Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain endurance for a full workday.
? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
